What is Silver Pines?

Silver Pines is a survival-horror metroidvania developed by Wych Elm and published by Team17, released on October 8, 2026. In a hand-drawn, rotoscoped 2.5D world with a neo-noir look inspired by Twin Peaks, you play private investigator Red Walker, searching a half-abandoned town for missing musician Eddie Velvet while managing scarce ammo, medicine and inventory space.

The game blends classic survival-horror resource pressure with metroidvania backtracking: locked doors and hidden paths open up as you find better tools and weapons. Puzzle codes are deliberately randomized between saves, so this wiki teaches you how to solve them in your own game — with all three endings, 25 mementos and 23 achievements documented.

Why a code from a video can fail

The developers randomized codes "wherever we can", and the motel gate is confirmed to change per save. A number that works in a video can be correct for that player and wrong for you. Every code here is labelled fixed or save-specific.

Codes checked against build 25806663 on Oct 9, 2026. Hotfix 2 changed Cat Collar timing and Nightmare difficulty — no lock code is known to have moved.

A Silver Pines guide that respects your save

Most code lists are copied from someone else's playthrough. Silver Pines randomizes part of its locks on purpose — the developers said they randomized codes "wherever we can" — so a number from a video can be correct and still not open your door. Every code here is labelled fixed or save-specific, with the clue that gives it away in your own game.

The rest of the site is built the same way: facts carry the date they were checked, review scores list the sample size, and the walkthrough follows the order the town actually opens up — Outskirts, Crimson Bear, Church Hill, Downtown, Mt. Siah Kopa, Riverside, the Sewers, the Sheriff's Office, Thelend, Town Square and Union.
